To the delight of the ones who love sugar, convent sweets are typical and abundant in Portuguese gastronomy, resulting from several centuries of recipes that have survived the passage of time and have reached us. This is the case of Cristas de Galo and our proposal is that you will learn how to make them with ladies who have the recipe in their family for several generations. At the end, we will taste them and other typical sweets from the region, accompanied by Port Wine, as tradition dictates. This experience can be done individually or with the family.
